There are several ways to play sound through a phone system, from simple tape players to computers. We remain convinced .  . . the mp3 thumb drive players are absolutely the best. These free-standing digital units are designed specifically for on-hold messages/in-store casting and are not computer dependent. Each Info-Hold customer has one installed at no charge. Should there be a failure, we'll replace it immediately.

With memory now in the mp3 thumb drive we are able to provide our customers with an almost unlimited number of messages in CD quality sound.
